Swag Bags Information (limited space for first 25 to sign up)

    • Receive space for your business materials/samples in goody bags for the first 50 families in attendance at CHHF on July 20, 2019. (quantity = 50) Subject to terms and conditions set forth below, and subject to final confirmation by the Organizer.

    • Item Description/Specifications: Large sample-sized products along with business information bundled together (limit 2 samples per spot)
    • Quantity: 50 units
    • Sign up by July 1, 2019, mail items no later than July 5, 2019 or hand-delivered to New Morning Market Community Room (2nd floor) on Friday, July 19, 2019 between 3 – 5 p.m.
  • Benefits
    • Your business information and samples will be given to the first 50 families attending CHHF on June 8, 2019, who are potential future customers.
    • Your business will receive additional online exposure by being included on the “CHHF supporter” list, which will be published on the CHHF website pre and post event.

Resources Table Information

    • Receive space for your business materials or samples on Resources Table(s) at CHHF on July 20, 2019 for attendees to take. Subject to terms and conditions set forth below, and subject to final confirmation by the Organizer.

Application to be included in CHHF Swag Bags and on Resources Table

    • CHHS wishes to support businesses who are in alignment with our mission.  
    • Steps to Participate:
      • Personal Invitations – If you were invited to participate in Swag Bags and on Resources Table personally by the Organizer, you do not need to apply. Please RSVP to the Organizer through email that you are interested in participating.
      • Unsolicited requests – Please apply to participate by completing a short online form (Go to https://childrensholistichealthfair.com/participants/).  
      • The Organizer will review and send a response email within 2 business days.
      • The Organizer reserves the right to accept and confirm all non-exhibiting promoters or deny requests.  All items must be in alignment with CHHF mission.
      • Once approved, you will receive a sign-up email with detailed information and a link to pay securely online.  
      • After payment has been processed, you will receive detailed information to submit your items and promote CHHS/CHHF.
  • Confirmation of Submitted products and literature: The Organizer reserves the right to approve products/materials and request content revisions if necessary before displayed.
  • Raffle Contribution – non-Exhibitors
    • Businesses who are not Exhibitors are highly encouraged to contribute a raffle prize ($15 or more value) to be awarded at the event as this will be an additional promotional opportunity for your business.  
    • The Organizer reserves the right to accept and confirm all non-exhibiting promoters or deny requests.  All items must be in alignment with CHHF mission.
    • Delivery – Raffle contributions may be sent electronically, physically through a mail service (address given upon request – mail by Friday July 5, 2019 to ensure timely delivery) or hand-delivered to New Morning Market Community Room (2nd floor) on Friday, July 19, 2019 between 3 – 5 p.m.
    • Please submit a description and value of your donated raffle item by July 1, 2019.
  • Promotion – All Participants are requested to promote CHHF in your networks.  Please use promotional materials and guidelines available through the website link provided in your approved email.

Payment Information

  • See your sign-up email for a link to the online shopping cart to process your request and payment.
  • Make all payments online – Note: no cash or handwritten checks. Payments will be made to “Children’s Holistic Health Source, LLC”.
  • All payments are non-refundable.  For a successful event, we must have full commitment from all Participants. Because of this, we cannot offer refunds or credits for any reason after payment is completed. Thank you for understanding.  
  • Online Authorization and Acceptance
    • Entering your name upon checkout acts as your online signature.
    • Checking the “I’ve read and accept the terms & conditions” box and making payment signifies that you are agreeing to advertise at the chosen level.
    • It also signifies that you have read and agree to abide by the terms and conditions, all requirements and policies detailed in this document and on the CHHF website and any restrictions enforced by the State of CT.

Children’s Holistic Health Source, LLC (CHHS) mission is to help families flourish and thrive by offering holistic resources for health and behavioral challenges. CHHS showcases programs, products and services to meet the demands of raising children with social-emotional, behavioral, learning, developmental and health issues such as ADHD, Allergies, Anxiety, Asthma, Autism, Constipation/Digestion, Depression, Executive Function, Motor Function, ODD and SPD.
